This is a major differentiator across organizations. BMW CCA have defined instructor development programs with specialized training and a formalized examination process. Good instructors and coaches are forged by the program over time. At each event, we assign instructors/coaches to our drivers on a one-to-one basis and so they develop a dedicated development plan based on the driver’s goals. With that assignment the instructor is responsible for that drivers experience and development throughout the event.
