Fast, Fun, and Serious
FAST: Imagine… You are about to enter a race track for the first time. You are nervous, which is to be expected. Your instructor is in the right seat, talking to you about what will happen when you enter the track. You enter the track and are fully focused on the road ahead. Your instructor calmly tells you where to look and what to do. Full throttle where it counts, eyes up, on the brakes, turn in and away you go again. A full session goes by in flash as you begin to put quick laps together.
FUN: You finish your session and park your car in the paddock. The smile on your face is a mile wide. The cars in your group are parked around you and whether they are Mustangs, GTIs, Porsches or Lamborghinis, the drivers are first-timers just like you. You all get out of your cars and you start to talk to them about the session. Friendship starts here.
SERIOUS: You become aware of the culture of safety, learning and fun as you register, attend the drivers meetings and classroom sessions. This group is a, not for profit club and the participant safety comes first. Learning and skill development are coached one on one with a definitive road map for what skills are important. You’ll notice group sizes are limited to avoid traffic jams and that mutual driver respect expectations are high.
