SUMMARY:2nd Annual HPD - Adirondack Foliage Weekend Tour
DESCRIPTION:Following the successes of last year’s High Peaks Drive (HPD) through the Adirondack mountains hosted by the Patroon chapter\, and the Ultimate X Fall Foliage Driving Tour of the Finger Lakes hosted by the X Chapter\, combined efforts will bring an even better driving tour in 2023\, and they’ve extended the invitation to the Boston Chapter! \nJoin us for an unforgettable weekend filled with breathtaking views of the tallest mountains in New York State\, against the vibrant backdrop of autumn as can only be experienced in the vast and majestic Adirondack Park. \nBased on the previous year’s High Peaks Drive (HPD) route\, we’ve added over 200 miles to the route with lots of twisty mountain roads recommended by Patroon’s own local expert\, Peter Weyrauch. \nTaking inspiration from the October 2022 Ultimate X Fall Foliage Driving Tour\, we have a transformed the HPD from a simple BMW driving event into a 2 night / 3 day BMW extravaganza based out of Lake Placid. Destinations include Rulf’s Orchard\, Paradox Brewery\, and the historic Fort Ticonderoga where the weekend concludes.
