One of the best ways to properly care for and maintain your BMW is to utilize one of the many undercarriage tech inspections our club offers. Not only do you get an expert BMW certified technician checking over the most common wear and tear but you also get to know your Ultimate Driving Machine in a way that only a lift can provide.

South Shore BMW is an enthusiast’s paradise. It doesn’t matter where you purchased your car, the staff makes you feel welcome and the experience is world class. From the complementary donuts and bagels to the state of the art facility you cannot help but be amazed.
Luckily I had a clean bill of health for my e46 M3 allowing me to take full advantage of the generous offering of 25% off parts, oil at cost and an awesome assortment of discounted BMW lifestyle items. A big thank you to Steve Powers the parts manager who never disappoints for these events.
The much needed complimentary car wash was the topping on the cake. It was great to get to meet and mingle with a few other members and check out the vast variety of cars people had brought to the event. Before I knew it, the valet brought me my keys and I was off with a smile on my face.

South Shore BMW overachieved in hosting the Car Club’s Undercarriage Tech Session on Saturday November 3rd. Parts and Service Director Tom Toppan had everything planned out for the ten club members who participated. When we arrived, our cars were queued for one of the two service bays reserved for the event. I checked in with my assigned service advisor, Brett Quinn, who downloaded and reviewed my vehicle history (how do those key fobs know so much?) and showed me to the waiting area. Tom took 25% off parts and accessories in conjunction with the session, so it was the perfect opportunity to pick up some holiday gifts.
After my car was on the lift my technician, Nick, took the time to inspect the undercarriage with me while pointing out key components and highlighting typical wear and tear items. My 2013 335iX is not new, but it is new to me and is our first BMW with X-Drive, so getting a rundown on how everything should work and what service would be needed was invaluable. After the undercarriage review Nick lowered the car and we took a look under the hood as well.
Tom made it a point to check in with each member to make sure we were satisfied with our visit. In addition, he offered a 20% discount on any follow up repairs for items identified during the session. Combine that with donuts and coffee and you would be hard pressed to find a better way to spend a Saturday morning.
