I'm looking at a few 3 series right now.  Some have CPO and some don't.  Can CPO be voided if they know I will use it for autocrossing?

What about if I put in my own minor modifications?

if i had to guess, id say no.

if anything, modding the car could effect the warranty.

but dont take my word for it.  theres also really no way they could tell you auo-x'd the car.

Orange rubber marks on the bumper?

I agree. I'd keep it low key and I bet they won't care. I even got brakes replaced after going to the track, and they knew what I was doing. That was 9 years ago, though.

The regional BMW Centers used to sponsor the autocross events up until 3 years ago.

Speaking of sponsors, HMS will be in attendance for the 7/27 event with lots of goodies to play with and check out. Maybe we can get Joe to take his Mini out (careful), or for the Smart car!
