| Is it fine to just use painter's tape to put numbers on the side of the car? I dont have any magnet ones. Anything else people typically use? Thanks.
Also, when are we informed of our numbers? I requested a number but found out that someone else is already/has using it. |

| Painters tape is used by many including myself. It's way better than the numbers people draw on a piece of paper that are pencil line thick that are flapping all over the window because the tape detached |

| | Just to clarify, you're discussing autocross numbers, I assume. I think some people also use white shoe polish (in the applicator bottle) on the glass. I keep a bottle of that in my track box for emergencies (especially since blue painter's tape on an evergreen car isn't so visible). For DE's, all the local BMWCCA chapters that I know of around New England supply numbers. Boston went to peel-and-stick numbers, which are great -- easy to read. Be really sure the glass (or surface) is clean and really press the air bubbles out and get the edges stuck. It's amazing that they can shred, but they can. |

| | Yes, I'm talking about AutoX. I'll just bring some painter's tape then. Great, thanks! I'm still confused on what my number will be though. I haven't heard anything back yet about the June 22 event (I'm registered and paid in full) and it's coming up. |

| | When you get the email from Larry about the event, there will be an attached spreadsheet that tells you what your worker assignment is and also what number you ended up with. I haven't received the event email yet |
